The James Tower Life Sciences Building emerged from the renovation of the former Providence Hospital with a dramatic new core, a revitalization of its distinctive beaux-arts architecture and a new purpose: to provide a state-of-the-art facility to support the academic, research, laboratory and technology-based services essential to modern healthcare.
It is home to the Laboratory Corporation of America, Swedish Center for Cardio Vascular Wellness, Seattle CyberKnife (Swedish), Accium BioSciences, Seattle University College of Nursing Clinical Performance Laboratory, the Seattle Science Foundation, the Polyclinic, James and Minor Clinic, Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute and the Swedish Neuroscience Institute.
