Little Green House

Sabey Corporation purchased the little green house at 553 19th Avenue in December of 2006. We have completed some repairs and upgrading and have recently rented it to two Sabey employees.

There was a gate door in the fence along the west side of the house. We were using the parking space and allowing people to pass through it to the campus. However, we have heard and understood neighborhood concerns about using the parking capacity for other than residential purposes and will refrain from doing so. If you see someone parked there, please let us know. The gate has been removed.

Some have expressed concern that our purchase of the lot is a first step toward expanding the campus beyond its current boundaries into the residential area. We have no interest in this, even if it were possible. Not only is it outside the allowed development boundary described within the current Major Institution Master Permit (MIMP), the zoning along 19th is single family residential only and we, along with the neighborhood, want it to remain so.
