In-house control of a range of services including development, construction management, design, architectural services, planning, property management, leasing and marketing brings focus and flexibility to our development process as well as efficiency.

Intergate.Columbia is a 438,000 square foot data center campus sited on 30 acres in North Central Washington and comprising two buildings with a shared substation. The project broke ground in April of 2008. Core and shell for both Buildings A and B were constructed simultaneous with tenant improvements for major tenants in both buildings. SCI constructed both A and B as well as Building B’s tenant improvements. All were completed within nine months, on time and within budget. Building B has been certified for LEED gold; VMware’s tenant improvements, constructed by SCI, have received a platinum LEED certificate.
