Sabey redeveloped Riverfront Technical Park from a building previously designed for Boeing's Space and Defense Group that accommodated their main instructional and training divisions. Sabey improved the 175,000 sq.ft. building with Class-A finishes and configured it to meet the requirements of modern call centers and training facilities. Ideally located in the South Seattle area, the site offers great accessibility via I-5, Highway 99 and East Marginal Way.
