More about Sabey Data CentersLow Energy Rates
The low energy rates, among the lowest in the nation, are available through the region’s hydroelectric dams which produce an abundance of clean, sustainable energy. Their close proximity to the campus means that there is a steady supply of uninterrupted power and little, if any, line loss.
Energy-Efficient Design
North Central Washington’s dry, moderate weather allows for cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions such as evaporative cooling. Intergate.Quincy will readily attain a PUE of 1.4. Combined with much lower utility rates, Intergate.Quincy can save several million dollars and more than 100 million kWHs of power annually.
Clean, Carbon-free, Sustainable
Intergate.Quincy will have virtually no carbon footprint. Since the facility is hydro-powered, there is no unavoidable emission of carbon dioxide – the most significant greenhouse gas created in the production of electricity. With a network of dams and wind power, Washington state ranks 49th in the nation in carbon dioxide emissions per unit of electrical energy produced. And further contributing to green, efficient energy, the hydro dams’ output is carefully managed to protect salmon.
Exceptional Management
Sabey Data Center Specialists manage 1.7 million square feet of mission-critical space and count among their tenants some of the premier names in world. Like all Sabey Data Centers, Intergate.Quincy will offer:
