Sabey awarded Gold LEED certification for the shell and core for Building B at Intergate.Columbia
Sabey has obtained a Gold LEED certification for the shell and core for Building B, a 188,000 square foot/22 Megawatt facility. VMware, a major tenant in Building B, has recently received a Platinum LEED certification for the tenant improvements supporting the critical infrastructure within the data center. Sabey Construction was the general contractor for both VMware’s tenant improvements and for the core and shell.

SDC52 receives Seattle City Light’s Power Player Award A
SDC52’s superior energy efficient design was recognized by Seattle City Light with an award for achievement in Energy Conservation. SDC52 will save an additional estimated six million kilowatt hours annually at full build out in addition to the efficiency savings required by the city’s aggressive energy code.

2008 NAIOP Hall of Fame Inductee
Dave Sabey of Sabey Corporation was selected as the recipient of the NAIOP Washington State Chapter Hall of Fame for 2008. This highly distinguished award was presented to Dave at NAIOP’s Night of the Stars dinner on November 7th, 2008.
