We entered the data center market with a redevelopment of technology space that was originally created for sophisticated aerospace manufacturing and subsequently repurposed for burgeoning dot-com start-ups. Accordingly, we are expanding our data center holdings with the development of SDC52 at Intergate.Seattle and at Intergate.Columbia and Intergate.Quincy, both in Central Washington. All are designed to offer the latest in high-efficiency, low carbon footprint cooling with the least expensive electrical rates in the country.
